Operating Partner Network
We have established relationships with seasoned executives who assist Eagle with sourcing, deal evaluation, due diligence and post-acquisition support. These individuals serve as constructive, experienced board members to complement management teams.
The backbone of Eagle’s operating involvement consists of Three Core Processes, Launch Plan, and Performance Management.
Our Three Core Processes are People, Strategy, and Operations. We work on development and succession plans and goals, cascaded from the CEO to the front line. We develop a 3-5 year growth and value creation plan and an annual operating plan with clear initiatives, P&L impacts, ownership, and action plans.
Our Launch Plan identifies and launches the highest value creating initiatives across major focus areas. This process sets the tone for the working relationship with the management team and establishes management incentives.
For Performance Management, we develop Monthly Performance Reviews with each CEO and CFO on company-specific metrics and align compensation with clear goals. Value-creating initiatives are outlined and undertaken with clear accountabilities.
