The Eagle professionals have invested over $1 billion of equity and have worked together for almost ten years as members of the US private equity team at Arcapita.

E. Stockton Croft, Partner

Stockton is a founding member of Eagle and has over 20 years of experience in private equity and related industries. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of United PF Partners, AAW, Chicken Salad Chick, LSO, Vasari, Meridian Surgical Partners, BSC Ventures and ACG Texas. Prior to Eagle, he was Head of U.S. Private Equity for Arcapita. While there, he led investments in or served as a director for Church's Chicken, Loehmann's, J. Jill, The Tensar Corporation, Varel International Energy Services, Bijoux Terner, PODS and the minority investment in The Krystal Company. Prior to Arcapita, he was a founding partner of Argonne Capital Group and remains on the board of ACG Texas, an IHOP franchisee in Texas. Stockton also was the President and CFO of BSC Ventures, a consolidator in the printing industry, in which he remains a board member. He holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School where he was a Palmer Scholar.

Ransom James, Partner

Ransom is a founding member of Eagle and has 18 years of experience in private equity investing, operations, and corporate finance. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of United PF Partners, AAW, Chicken Salad Chick, and LSO. Prior to Eagle, he was a Director at Arcapita and led and served as a director on control investments in 3PD and PODS. Both 3PD and PODS have been successfully sold. In addition, Ransom was integrally involved with Church's Chicken, B.R. Lee Industries and Cypress Communications. Prior to Arcapita, Ransom served in the Leveraged Finance group at Merrill Lynch & Co. in New York and in the Corporate Banking group at Wachovia in Charlotte. He has a B.S. in Business Administration from Washington & Lee University and an M.B.A. from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.

Bill Lundstrom, C.P.A., Partner

Bill is a founding member of Eagle and has 18 years of experience in private equity and accounting industries. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of United PF Partners, AAW, Chicken Salad Chick, LSO and Vasari. Prior to Eagle, he was a Director at Arcapita and served on the Boards of Varel International Energy Services, Cirrus Industries, The Tensar Corporation, PODS and American Pad and Paper LLC. Prior to Arcapita, he served as a Principal with Industrial Growth Partners (IGP) in San Francisco, CA. While at IGP, Bill worked with Seaboard International, AmerCable Incorporated, Global Power Systems, Consolidated Precision Products and The Felters Company. Before IGP, Bill worked at Richards Capital and Arthur Andersen LLP. He has a Master of Accounting and a B.S. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.B.A. and Master of Engineering Management degrees from the Master of Manufacturing and Management (MMM) program at Northwestern University.

Andrew Hirsekorn, Principal

Andrew is a founding member of Eagle and has over 11 years of experience in private equity, management consulting and investment banking. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of United PF Partners, Chicken Salad Chick, LSO and Vasari. Prior to Eagle, he was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company and led projects across multiple industries and functional areas. Prior to McKinsey, he was an Associate at Arcapita and worked on the 3PD acquisition, the sale of Smart Document Solutions and TLC Health Care Services and strategic projects for Church's Chicken and Southland Log Homes. Prior to Arcapita, Andrew served in the Industrial Investment Banking group at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. He has a B.S. in Business Administration from Washington & Lee University and an M.B.A from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

E. Brady Sumner, Senior Associate

Brady joined Eagle in 2014 and has several years of experience in investment banking. Prior to Eagle, he was a Senior Analyst at The Breckenridge Group where he advised middle-market companies across the specialty retail, business services, niche manufacturing, distribution, litigation support and e-discovery, and telecommunications sectors. Brady has a B.S. in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the University of Virginia.
